Our Forum sample topic: I use it with Nikon cameras, but it is compatible with a long list of other manufacturers. The only down side is price. the newer model is around 150, but I have seen the older model on ebay for as little as 25. The older version is excellent and perfectly sufficient for SLR cameras, the next best thing to having a photographer in the room with you. I am a true novice, I am looking for a program that is freeware that would allow me to blur faces. I know theres a trial of photoshop out there, however I dont really see the need to have all of those features as Im typically not taking pictures. Any suggestions?Did you try Paint?GIMP is a great program and is free100 agree with Rescue1 - Gimp is the way to go. Its a sophisticated tool, but worth learning. Lots of free how to vids available. Theres a free app called FastStone Image Viewer which - despite its name - offers good simple editing (crop, blur, watermarking, etc. If thats all you want to do, GIMP or Photoshop can be overkill. But its also a matter of which interface makes the most sense to you. The nice thing with the free apps is you can download and try them, and see from there. As someone that has and still uses FastStone Image Viewer AND Photoshope CS3 I totally agree with Lemming. For the easier editing and re sizing FastStone is the way to go sexy sand bums my opinion too.
